Our softball team spent one year in Panama City without pins due to the fact that they never showed up. Unfortunately, they were not ordered from Dragonaire. The next year, we ordered our pins through Dragonaire. The process was easy and the order came ahead of the scheduled delivery date. They have had my business ever since. Greg goes out of his way to make sure each order gets his utmost attention. Questions and emails are answered promptly at any time of the day or night. Our girls 10U team arrived in Panama City Beach for the World's Series but their pins (ordered from a local uniform shop) did NOT. There were many distressed faces that Sunday afternoon as pin trading began. One enterprising Mom borrowed a pin from a young lady and checked the back of it for a name. She then tracked down a phone number and within an hour our girls were happily trading glitter pins (at less per piece cost than our original order!). THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!
